Spring Equinox Dispatch from Aurah

Those of us there that Spring morning, gathered one year later on the eve of the 2017 vernal equinox for a dinner. The vernal equinox feels like a new New Year's Day to me and it is, sortof, when you rebirth yourself as a sub-plot Adept of Magic character from Glinda of Oz. We feasted on shepherd's pie made with root vegetables to celebrate winter's end and a spring salad to welcome in the growth of a new year. ​

After dinner Son of Dawn led a discussion (complete with a handout!) about Venus' orbit, roses and Springtime goddesses. Aujah brought crowns made of honey suckle for the three of us Adepts to wear and retake our glorious photo. Guardians Paul and Scott stood by with lively commentary. Happy New Year!  ​
